Returns Policy
Products purchased from UAB B Wood can be returned within 15 business days from the original purchase date, provided you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us prior to returning the item.
Please note the following exceptions and conditions:

No refunds are available for custom sawn, ripped, or sanded products.
Products that are used or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain your RMA number and further instructions.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. When will I receive my order?
After processing your order (usually within 3-4 business days), shipping time depends on the products and your location. We’ll notify you with tracking details when your order ships. For products shipped via UPS Ground (free shipping), please refer to the transit time map to plan your project timeline.

Do you ship large orders via freight?
Yes! We work with a network of freight carriers and can arrange freight shipping for large orders. Please contact us for details.

Do you ship outside europe?
Yes, we only ship to customers worlwide.
